The Church Retreat goes from Friday Evening (Sept. 11th) at 6:00 PM (or whenever you can arrive) to Sunday Morning (Sept. 13th) at 11:00 AM (or whenever you have to leave). Weekend payment covers 4 meals (3 Saturday, 1 Sunday), snacks, and activities.

Little Lambs & Children's Ministries

Childcare (Infant-5th Grade) will be offered during the three Sessions (Friday evening, Saturday morning, or Saturday Evening - No childcare Sunday morning). One parent per family must volunteer at least one time for an entire session to make use of childcare. Background checks will be required for all volunteers which will be initiated by our Ministry Directors.

Medical Release

In the event of an emergency, this consent form gives permission to seek whatever medical attention is deemed necessary, and releases the Church and its staff of any liability against personal losses of named persons. I/We the undersigned have legal custody of the children/minor named above, and have given our consent for him/her to attend event being organized by Gashland Presbyterian Church. I/We understand that there are inherent risks involved in any ministry or athletic event, and I/we hereby relate the church, its pastors, employees, agents, interns, and volunteer workers from any and all liability for any injury, loss, or damage to person or property that may occur during the course of my/our child’s transportation or involvement. In the event that he/she is injured and requires attention of a doctor, I/we consent to any reasonable medical treatment as deemed necessary by a licensed physician. In the event treatment is required form a physician and or/or hospital personnel designated by the church, I/we agree to hold such person free and harmless of any claims, demands, or suits for damages arising from the giving of such consent. I/we also acknowledge that we will be ultimately responsible for the cost of any medical care should the cost of the medical care not be reimbursed by the health insurance provider.

Photo Release

Final Considerations

God's Mountain Camp provides their space to churches as a ministry. They do accept donations from those who are able and would like to give a gift for their stay.

Gashland Church Family ~ We are heading to God's Mountain (Rushville, MO - 14771 Old Hwy 59, Rushville, MO 64484) for a weekend together as a church family. We will enjoy fellowship with one another, God's beautiful creation, and listening to what the Bible has to say about Heaven from Rev. Stephen Morefield. We hope you will join us for this special weekend away as we seek to grow in our relationship with the Lord and with one another for the sake of living out Christ's mission together.

Lodging: The majority of people will be sleeping in either a Men's or Women's cabin that has individual bunk beds in them. Each cabin has an indoor shower, sink and toilet attached to it. For those with little ones there are a limited number of apartments available. Rooms will be assigned on a first come first serve basis. There is a grass field close to the lodges if anyone prefers to set up their own tent and camp.

Note: There are no elevators available on the camp property and there is one flight of stairs to climb to enter the main room where the sessions will be taking place.
